As Exportações De Carne De Frango E As Habilitações De Produtos Para O Mercado Internacional - Um Estudo Da Messoregião Oeste Do Paraná

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as exportações brasileiras de carne de frango no período de 1996 a 2006, bem como a tendência que vem acontecendo nos últimos anos em relação a uma possível mudança no perfil do produto exportado, de maneira a verificar se a cadeia de carne de frango paranaense, mais especificamente da Mesorregião Oeste do Paraná, tem se adaptado a essa demanda em ascensão. Primeiramente, é feita uma análise sobre a evolução da produção mundial do produto, caracterizando a exportação, importação, consumo e os países envolvidos que mais se destacam em relação a essa cadeia produtiva. Posteriormente são identificados os frigoríficos de abate de frango que compõem a Mesorregião Oeste do Paraná, de maneira a demonstrar a forte concentração de produção. Por fim, é feita uma análise em relação à produção brasileira de carne de frango inteiro, em pedaços e industrializados, que demonstra a tendência de aumento na procura por carne de frango com maior valor agregado, ou seja, em pedaços e industrializados, fator este que demanda atenção por parte dos frigoríficos instalados na região, já que nem todos estão habilitados a este tipo de exportação.----------------------------------------------This study aims to examine the Brazilian exports of chicken meat that occurred in the period from 1996 at 2006, and the trend that is happening in recent years in relation to a possible change in the profile of the exported product in order to verify if the chicken chain meat from Parana State, specifically in the West of Parana State Region has adapted to this demand. Firstly, an analysis is made on the evolution of global production of the product as export, import, consumption and the countries involved that most stand out in relation to the productive chain. Subsequently are identified the slaughterhouses in the West of Parana State region in order to demonstrate the strong concentration of production. Finally, an analysis is made on the production of Brazilian chicken meat production and chicken whole, in pieces and industrialized, which demonstrates the strong trend of an increase in demand for chicken meat with higher value added, namely pieces and industrialized, this factor, which demand attention from slaughterhouses installed in the region, because not all are entitled to this kind of export.
