Abstract

Esse trabalho procura discutir a aplicação da lei 9.974/00 (prevenção ao impacto ambiental causado pelo descarte incorreto das embalagens de agrotóxicos) na região cafeeira no município de Lavras no Sul de Minas Gerais através da percepção dos agentes envolvidos na comercialização e destinação final das embalagens de agrotóxicos (produtores, revendas autorizadas e Ministério Público).---------------------------------------------This reserch aims to discuss the law estabilishiment number 9.974/00 (prvention of environmental impact caused by incorrect elimination of agrotoxic package) in Lavras coffee perception of the agents used in comercialization and final destination of the agrotoxic packages (producers, authorized shops and Public Ministery).
