Preistransmission Entlang Deutscher Wertschöpfungsketten Für Nahrungsmittel

Abstract

Auf den Weltmärkten verschiedener landwirtschaftlicher Produkte sind seit 2007 volatilere und höhere Preise festzustellen. Deren Auswirkungen auf die innereuropäischen Preise für Agrarerzeugnisse und Lebensmittel sollen im Rahmen des europäischen Verbundforschungsvorhabens „Transparency of Food Pricing“ analysiert werden. In einem Teilprojekt wird die Preistransmission entlang verschiedener Wertschöpfungsketten in ausgewählten Ländern unter Verwendung von einfachen Fehler-Korrektur-Modellen untersucht. Empirische Ergebnisse für Deutschland weisen darauf hin, dass die Großhandels- und Endverbraucherpreise für Schweinefleischprodukte eher den Entwicklungen der jeweiligen Erzeugerpreise folgen, während der Erzeugerpreis für Milch stark durch die Börsennotierungen für verarbeitete Produkte wie Butter und Milchpulver beeinflusst wird.
