Sind Erfolgreiche Betriebsleiter Tatsächlich Erfolgreich? Das Potenzial Für Fehlinterpretationen Bei Der Kennzahl ‚Nettorentabilität‘

Abstract

Das Testbetriebsnetz ist eine der wichtigsten Datenquellen für einzelbetriebliche Wirtschaftsergebnisse landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe in Deutschland. Die Kennzahl ‚Nettorentabilität‘ gewinnt dabei als Vergleichsmaßstab und erfolgsbasiertes Differenzierungskriterium für unterschiedlich strukturierte Betriebe zunehmend an Bedeutung. Unterschiedliche methodische Vorgehensweisen bei der Bewertung des Faktors Boden und eine unvollständige Datenerhebung bei Personengesellschaften können jedoch zu Verzerrungen insbesondere bei der Ergebnisdarstellung führen. Je nach Auswertung oder Region weisen identisch strukturierte Betriebe erheblich voneinander abweichende Nettorentabilitäten auf. Interinstitutionelle und interregionale Vergleiche sowie die betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertung der Daten erfordern daher eine genaue Kenntnis der Berechnungsmethodik und der steuerlich bedingten Friktionen. Der Beitrag beschreibt die zu berücksichtigenden Aspekte und analysiert ihre Folgen. Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Datenbasis werden aufgezeigt und ihre Umsetzbarkeit geprüft.
