Kolumbusz utazása: a kudarckerülés

Abstract

Egy KKV nem kisebb egy nagyvállalatnál, hanem más. Másként viseli el a kudarcot, mint a nagy. Egy innováció kudarca a nagyoknál egy csepp szennyvíz a tengerben, a kicsiknél viszont tragikus fertõzés. A nagyvállalatoknál a kockázatkerülõ is megengedheti magának a bukást egy innovációval, viszont a KKV-nél a hazardírozó sem. Minél hosszabb ideig érvényesül egy uralkodó gondolkodás, annál nehezebb elfelejteni azt. Ebben a dolgozatban, néhány ötletet adok a KKV-k esetleges kudarcának megértéséhez, és így az õ evolutív fejlõdésük megértése által elõsegítem a fenntarthatóságukat. A felhõalapú platform segít a szükséges tudás kényelmes elérésében.
