Stressz és társas támogatás a felsõoktatásban

Abstract

A stressz Selye János megfogalmazása szerint egy olyan jelenség, amit mindenki napi szinten tapasztal, viszont igen kevesen veszik a fáradságot, hogy megértsenek. Jelen tanulmány célja, hogy felhívja a figyelmet a felsõoktatásban tanulók stresszorjaira, valamint arra a tényre, hogy a társas támogatás stresszt csökkentõ hatással rendelkezik. Ennek érdekében a stressz, a megküzdés és a társas támogatás szakirodalmának áttekintése mellett külön fejezetet szentelek a felsõoktatási hallgatói lét stresszorjainak. Az elméleti összefoglalások után empirikus eredményekkel is alátámasztom a megküzdés és a társas támogatás között fennálló, a nemzetközi szakirodalomban is számos alkalommal leírt, pozitív kapcsolatot.
