A vállalkozói attitûd szerepe a vállalkozásfejlesztésben

Abstract

A mikro- és kisvállalkozások kiemelkedõ szerephez jutnak a gazdasági életben számos területén, mint például az innováció különbözõ szegmensei, foglalkoztatottság és a piaci verseny kiegyensúlyozása. Ezen vállalkozások legtöbbje egy rövid fejlõdési szakasz után nem növekszik tovább, megreked míg vannak olyanok, akik hasonló körülmények közül indulva lendületes, dinamikus fejlõdést mutatnak. Tanulmányomban rámutatok arra, hogy ennek egyik igen markáns oka a vállalkozói attitûdben rejlik. A vállalkozói attitûd, az egyén azon beállítódása, mely a vállalkozások indítására, mûködtetésére és fejlesztésére sarkalja. Vállalkozói léthez való pozitív viszonyulásként is megragadható, mely elõfeltétele a vállalkozói kedvnek és hajlandóságnak. A vállalkozások fejlesztésének egyik kulcsa lehet a vállalkozói attitûd fejlesztés
