A tudásmenedzsment stratégiai szerepe a vállalatoknál

Abstract

A tudás értékének és szerepének fokozatos növekedésével már az ezredforduló fejlõdõ iparága a tudásgazdálkodás lett, melynek célja a tudással kapcsolatos tevékenységek elméleti hátterének, gyakorlatának és eszközrendszerének kialakítása. A kihívás ma már nem az információhoz történõ hozzáférés, hanem a rendelkezésre álló adatok, információ és tudás hatékony feltérképezése, felhasználása, egymással történõ megosztása. Ez a tény a különbözõ szakterületek szervezeteken, intézményeken belül felhalmozott ismeretanyagára érvényes, és az azokkal történõ gazdálkodásra. Adott tudományterületen jelen lévõ szereplõk pozíciójának, a vállalatok piaci értékének, versenyképességének megítélésében meghatározó szerepet játszik, hogy milyen mértékben képesek egy tudás megosztásán alapuló közösség aktív tagjaiként mûködni.
