Existenzgründungsintentionen von Studierenden – Ein Entrepreneurship-Vergleich von Polen und Deutschland

    Abstract

    Dieser Beitrag entstand im Rahmen des internationalen Forschungsprojekts „Gründungen und Entrepreneurship bei Studierenden“ (GESt-Studie), welches das Ziel hat, Gründungsambitionen und unternehmerische Kriterien bei der Zielgruppe der Studierenden verschiedener Länder zielgruppendifferenziert zu untersuchen, um daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für eine bedarfsgerechte Ausgestaltung von Gründungsausbildung und Gründungsförderung abzuleiten. Den Ergebnissen dieses Ländervergleichs zufolge, scheinen sich die Studierenden in Deutschland normalerweise in späteren Phasen des Gründungsprozesses zu befinden als ihre polnischen Kommilitonen, die wiederum eine höhere Gründungswahrscheinlichkeit angeben. Allerdings sind die in Deutschland Befragten stärker vom Notgründungsmotiv getrieben, während die polnischen Studierenden eher chancengetriebenes Unternehmertum erwarten lassen, da sie eher über Gründungsideen verfügen und diese auch stärker im Rahmen einer potenziellen eigenen Gründung umsetzen wollen. Bei der Ausgestaltung von Gründungsförderprogrammen sind diese jeweiligen Gegebenheiten zu berücksichtigen, um den individuellen Bedarfen zu entsprechen. Allerdings benötigen Studierende beider Länder – wie der hohe Anteil an Gründungslaien zeigt – die Vermittlung unternehmerischer Grundkenntnisse und Fähigkeiten, damit sie spätestens während ihres Studiums für eine potenzielle eigene Gründung sensibilisiert werden und bereits nach innovativen Geschäftsideen suchen.
