A verseny és a kreati-vitás kapcsolata

Abstract

A felgyorsult ipari, gazdasági, politikai vagy kulturális változások, az információs társadalom megjelenése, a globalizációval járó kitágult piacok, átalakult szektorok, megújult vállalkozási formák új szemléletet hoztak. A tehetségért (vagy ahogyan Florida írja kreatív tõkéért) folytatott verseny új piaci struktúrát és szabályokat hozott magával, hiszen a tehetség nem helyettesíthetõ, bõvítése csak lassan és hosszú folyamattal lehetséges, és különleges bánásmódot, motivációt igényel. A cikk átfogó kutatás* eredményeit használja fel, feltérképezi a magyar vállalkozói réteg véleményét a verseny és a kreativitás kapcsolatáról, a kreativitást serkentõ környezeti tényezõk feltételeirõl. Végül a vélekedések összegzésével néhány javaslat, jövõbe mutató továbblépési lehetõség olvasható. Key words: verseny, kreativitás, innováció
