Abstract

En el marco de IIRSA, se ha desarrollado una metodología aplicada a los grupos de proyectos de infraestructura para identificar su potencial de integración productiva. Se describirán los principales elementos de la metodología, tales como sus objetivos y estructura básica, la organización necesaria para su aplicación (textos de orientación, formación de equipos, entre otros). Asimismo, se mostrarán algunos resultados de la aplicación de esta metodología poniendo en relieve el alcance que puede tener para la integración regional con base en las cadenas productivas, identificando trabas y dificultades para el comercio y determinando oportunidades de inversión.
