Abstract

Este trabajo tiene la virtud de analizar los aspectos económicos e institucionales de la etapa más intensa del proceso de privatización peruano, que fue precisamente cuando se transfirieron las telecomunicaciones y la energía eléctrica al sector privado. Aparte de cuantificar los beneficios obtenidos hasta ese momento, se diagnosticó que el proceso de privatización ya estaba comenzando a detenerse.
