Abstract

Los investigadores que han redactado este libro han podido trabajar, junto con personal de Foncodes y el Midis, en el diseño de una estrategia de evaluación que permita estimar algunos de los impactos más importantes que viene generando esta intervención. Para ello, se planificó ex ante el despliegue del proyecto durante el periodo 2013-2016. Dada la restricción presupuestal, el proyecto no podía desplegarse simultáneamente en todas las zonas priorizadas.
