Abstract

Este ensayo pretende echar luces sobre lo que sabemos y lo que no sabemos de la minería, para identificar una agenda de investigación que permita diseñar políticas que ayuden a promover el desarrollo nacional, regional y local. Se trata de no caer en el facilismo y fatalismo de quedar atrapados por la maldición de los recursos naturales.
