El modelo de financiación de la universidad gallega 2011-2015

Abstract

En diciembre de 2010 se aprobó el modelo de financiación autonómica para las tres universidades gallegas, que regirá los presupuestos universitarios hasta 2015. Este nuevo sistema se enmarca en un momento de fuerte restricciones económicas, donde los recursos destinados a las universidades se reducen notablemente. Paralelamente el nuevo modelo plantea la necesidad de apostar, de forma decidida, por la financiación en base a objetivos. El trabajo que a continuación se presenta pretende analizar en qué medida los viejos problemas que presenta la financiación del Sistema Universitario Gallego se podrán solucionar con las medidas que se pretenden aplicar.
