sptobitsac estimates Tobit MLE Spatial AutoCorrelation (SAC) Cross Sections Regression, and calculates Spatial Autocorrelation, Non Normality, Heteroscedasticity, and Total, Direct, and InDirect Marginal Effects and Elasticities.
