Abstract

Die Energiewende verändert die deutsche Energieversorgung und die damit verbundenen Wirtschaftszweige und wird diese langfristig komplett umgestalten. Sie stellt eine große Herausforderung mit vielfältigen Wirkungszusammenhängen zwischen Energiesystem, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft dar. Dabei muss der Wirtschaft nicht nur bezahlbare, zuverlässige und klimafreundliche Energie bereit gestellt werden - vielmehr soll die Energiewende auch in die Richtung von sicheren Beschäftigungsperspektiven und guten Arbeitsbedingungen gestaltet werden.Die Studie stellt die Auswirkungen der Energiewende auf Beschäftigung in Baden-Württemberg im Kontext sowohl der spezifischen Struktur des Landes als auch seiner energiepolitischen Ziele dar. Dabei geht es nicht nur um die Wirkung der Energiewende auf den zahlenmäßigen Umfang von Beschäftigung, sondern auch um Effekte auf die Qualität von Arbeitsplätzen.
