Governance-Prozesse für erneuerbare Energien

Abstract

Die Energiewende und der Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien in Deutschland befinden sich an einem Punkt, an dem neben den unbestreitbaren Erfolgen und künftigen Chancen auch die damit verbundenen Probleme und Konflikte immer deutlicher werden. Daraus ergibt sich die Herausforderung, die erfolgreich eingesetzten politischen Steuerungsinstrumente und die ihnen zugrunde liegenden Koordinations- und Steuerungsstrukturen weiterzuentwickeln. Der vorliegende Beitrag fasst die wesentlichen Ergebnisse des Arbeitsberichts in Form von Empfehlungen für Politik und Fachöffentlichkeit zusammen.
