Baubewilligungen für neue Wohneinheiten in Österreich. Prognose Winter 2018

Abstract

Das WIFO prognostiziert für 2018 einen Rückgang der Zahl der Baubewilligungen um 1.100 Einheiten auf insgesamt rund 61.500. Nach dem starken Wachstum in den Jahren 2016 und 2017 stagnieren die Bewilligungen im Mehrgeschoßbau auf hohem Niveau, während die Bewilligungen von Ein- und Zweifamilienhäusern nach 2017 nochmals geringfügig sinken. Diese Tendenz wird sich 2019 fortsetzen, wobei die Baubewilligungen für Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser wieder marginal zunehmen dürften. Die Gesamtzahl der Baubewilligungen dürfte in den kommenden zwei Jahren bei einem Wert über 60.000 Einheiten verbleiben.
