Baubewilligungen für Wohneinheiten in Österreich. Prognose 2014 und 2015 und regionale Entwicklung 2008 bis 2013

Abstract

Trotz schlechter Konjunkturlage stieg die Zahl der Baubewilligungen im Jahr 2013 deutlich auf 46.000 Wohneinheiten (+6.200 oder +16%). Laut Prognose des WIFO bleibt sie im Jahr 2014 konstant, erhöht sich aber im Mehrgeschoßbau auf 32.300 Wohneinheiten (+1.000 oder +3%), während die Bewilligungen für Einfamilienhäuser auf 13.600 Einheiten sinken werden (–1.100 oder –7%). 2015 werden 43.300 Baubewilligungen erwartet (–2.600 Einheiten oder –6%), obwohl die Zahl der Bewilligungen für Einfamilienhäuser stagnieren dürfte.
