Abstract

В монографии исследованы процессы формирования и функционирования инновационной экономики как хозяйственно-институциональной системы, не просто связанной с использованием инноваций, а именно основанной на инновациях и построенной по принципу постоянного стимулирования и генерации инноваций. В книге рассмотрены основные пути формирования такой экономики, международный опыт ее формирования и функционирования, механизм действия и государственного регулирования. На этой основе сделаны выводы о проблемах и перспективах создания инновационной экономики в России как основного условия выхода из трансформационного кризиса и вхождения РФ в число стран с развитой рыночной экономикой. Книга адресована как научным работникам и преподавателям экономических дисциплин, так и широкому кругу читателей, интересующихся экономикой и неравнодушных к подъему экономической мощи отечества.
