Abstract

В книге собраны работы В.Л. Перламутрова - ученого, который посвятил свои исследования разработке теоретических проблем развития рыночных отношений в нашей стране, прежде всего сосредоточившись на проблемах формирования эффективной финансово-кредитной системы России. Блестяще зная историю зарубежных экономических реформ, В.Л. Перламутров не забывал и отечественных реформаторов - С.Ю. Витте, Г.Я. Сокольникова, П.А.Столыпина. Вспоминая прошлое, ученый тщательно анализировал его, проводил параллели, сравнивал и делал адекватные сегодняшней ситуации выводы. В своих статьях В.Л. Перламутров подробно рассматривал причины экономического кризиса в России, аргументированно критиковал постулаты либеральных реформ, широко используя в своих выводах отечественный и зарубежный опыт. Для экономистов - научных работников и практиков, для преподавателей, аспирантов и студентов экономических вузов, а также для широкого круга читателей, которым небезразлично, какой должна быть финансово-денежная политика государства на различных этапах экономических преобразований. Издание осуществлено при финансовой поддержке Российского Гуманитарного Научного Фонда (РГНФ) проект № 06-02-160-19 Д.
