Abstract

В книге известного ученого-экономиста академика Н.Я.Петракова собраны его публицистические зарисовки экономической жизни России. Вот уже десять лет не дают покоя россиянам коллизии, происходящие с одними и теми же "персонажами": инфляция, эмиссия, валовой внутренний продукт, валютный курс и т.д. Эти действующие лица ведут себя на экономических подмостках далеко не всегда в соответствии со сценариями, написанными для них правительственными чиновниками и реформаторами. Их своеволие ощутимо бьет по карманам десятков миллионов граждан. Однако так ли эти экономические показатели неуправляемы? Может быть, есть силы и кукловоды, которые манипулируют ими, как марионетками, и ведут страну от одного кризиса к другому? Уж очень рукотворными выглядят разного рода "черные вторники" и дефолты. Свои наблюдения и аналитические оценки этих процессов автор излагал на страницах печати в течение нескольких лет. Многие его предсказания сбылись. Книга рассчитана на широкий круг читателей и даже на тех, кто не имеет специального экономического образования, но желает понять, что же все-таки просходит с российской экономикой.
