Abstract

Монография посвящена исследованию современных теоретических и практических эколого-экономических проблем обеспечения национальной безопасности России. Показана имманентная взаимосвязь проблем безопасности и устойчивого развития, обосновано понятие «эколого-экономическая безопасность», рассмотрены ключевые вопросы ее обеспечения. Особое внимание уделено проблемам использования природно-ресурсного потенциала России, ущербу на разных уровнях экономики вследствие нерационального природопользования и загрязнения окружающей среды, разработан инструментарий управления эколого-экономической безопасностью в системе национальной безопасности России. Для научных работников, сотрудников органов государственного управления, а также преподавателей, студентов и аспирантов.
