Abstract

Ядром монографии является рассмотрение эколого-экономического механизма устойчивого развития, основанного на паритете экономических и экологических ценностей общества. Излагаются современные подходы к экономическим оценкам природных ресурсов и ущербов от экологических нарушений и последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций, раскрываются финансовые механизмы сохранения биоразнообразия и формирование рынка квот на выбросы парниковых газов. Ассимиляционный потенциал окружающей среды обосновывается как особый вид природных ресурсов и раскрывается его экономическая сущность. Впервые в едином ключе излагаются механизмы природопользования, устойчивого развития и предупреждения чрезвычайных ситуаций. Монография предназначена для специалистов в области экономики природопользования и смежных вопросов устойчивого развития и чрезвычайных ситуаций.
