Abstract

Todos queremos un sistema de finanzas rurales sostenible, competitivo, con una amplia cobertura, que facilite procesos de desarrollo rural. Un sistema que atienda a pobladores rurales de distintas características, de modo tal que puedan desarrollar sus actividades económicas de la manera más eficiente posible y aprovechar las mejores oportunidades de negocios para mejorar las condiciones de producción y de vida en el ámbito rural. Pero siguen siendo preguntas pendientes de responder de dónde partimos y cómo avanzamos hacia este objetivo. Este documento busca responder la primera interrogante y plantear una agenda de discusión que nos permita comenzar a debatir sobre la segunda."
