Estudios de caso sobre regulación en infraestructura y servicios públicos en el Perú

Abstract

El texto ilustra algunos de los principales problemas acontecidos en los últimos años en relación con la regulación de los servicios públicos en el país. La metodología de estudios de caso tiene como fin motivar la participación de los alumnos en el aula. Los doce casos que se presentan en esta obra se refieren a los cuatro tipos de servicios públicos de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle: energía eléctrica, agua y saneamiento, telecomunicaciones y transporte; y los temas abordados son revisiones de tarifas, procesos de concesión, problemas de regulación a empresas públicas, modificaciones de contratos y financiamiento.
