Abstract

Esta publicación recoge los resultados de un proyecto de investigación en el cual las autoras hacen un trabajo de indagación y de descripción de los intereses, las prácticas y los procedimientos que desarrollan en los textos académicos los estudiantes de maestría, en la Universidad Externado de Colombia, para producir y socializar el conocimiento que adquieren en la etapa de posgrado. Las reflexiones y hallazgos a que llegó el equipo de investigadoras no se ocupan únicamente de diagnosticar las causas y manifestaciones de esta problemática, sino que van más allá al hacer propuestas creativas que estimulan la producción de escrituras académicas. El texto resalta la importancia que la escritura académica tiene para que el país consiga beneficiarse, en su máximo nivel, de los posgrados que se ofrecen en los centros de educación superior nacional.
