Abstract

Esta obra se compone de doce ensayos. Aunque no agrupa los asuntos de forma sistemática, que es lo usual en los tratados sobre derechos de autor y derechos conexos, sí se ocupa de temas básicos tales como lo que ha de entenderse por propiedad intelectual, explicando el significado y el contenido del derecho de autor, en especial sus características patrimonial y moral. Los otros ensayos se ocupan de analizar los grandes temas específicos de los derechos de autor y los derechos conexos como son: la obra audiovisual, la obra por encargo, la obra futura y la cesión de derechos patrimoniales, el derecho de cita, las grabaciones efímeras, la utilización directa de fonogramas y su reproducción en la radiodifusión, la interpretación del artículo 183 de la Ley 23 de 1982 sobre la solemnidad de la cesión de derechos de autor y la inscripción o registro ante la Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor.
