Abstract

El Departamento de Derecho Minero-Energético de la Universidad Externado de Colombia presenta un nuevo volumen de su colección Regulación Minera y Energética, enfocado en la regulación del sector eléctrico y de gas, en esta oportunidad, con importantes aportes en el ámbito de la regulación comparada. A partir de este alcance se incluyen trabajos que abordan problemáticas puntuales del sector eléctrico o de gas en países como Perú, México y España, así como reflexiones sobre los resultados de los procesos de liberalización de estos sectores en América Latina. De esta manera, gracias a los lazos de cooperación académica internacional, consolidados por la Universidad Externado, presentamos esta obra que también pretende servir como manual de estudio de aquellos alumnos que hacen parte de los diferentes programas de Especialización y Maestría del Departamento de Derecho Minero-Energético.
