Abstract

El Departamento de Derecho Minero-Energético de la Universidad Externado de Colombia presenta a la comunidad académica y profesional este segundo trabajo que aborda la regulación comparada de las energías renovables, enfocado en nuevas experiencias como las de Canadá, los Países Bajos, Brasil, Ecuador, entre otros. En esta oportunidad los diversos escenarios de estudio han sido seleccionados teniendo en cuenta ya sean sus importantes avances en la materia, como en el caso de Canadá, o su pertenencia a la realidad regional como en el caso de Ecuador o Venezuela. Asimismo, por las particularidades en su proceso de auge y estancamiento, dedicamos especial mención al desarrollo de las energías renovables en España y, en especial, abrimos un espacio al estudio de la experiencia singular de Andalucía como comunidad autónoma referente en el crecimiento de la industria energética renovable en España.
