Abstract

El presente número de nuestra colección Apuntes sobre el Sistema Interamericano tiene como objetivo dotar al estudiante amateur de datos básicos para comprender el trámite de peticiones individuales ante la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. En este orden de ideas, el libro ofrece una brevísima presentación de los rasgos elementales de este procedimiento para, a renglón seguido, desarrollar la mayoría de ellos en textos cortos, siempre desde una perspectiva pedagógica y, en la medida de lo posible, reflexiva.
