Análisis de laudos arbitrales en Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones (incluye CD)

Abstract

El Departamento de Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, con el apoyo del Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, ofrece con la presente publicación una aproximación a los principales laudos de telecomunicaciones entre los años 2000 y 2011, identificando los principales problemas jurídicos planteados y las tesis. Se trata de 58 fallos producto de controversias que se dieron entre los proveedores de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones, entre estos y los terceros, y entre ellos y el Estado. Laudos seleccionados y organizados en tres bloques temáticos: Contratos de Concesión, Contratos de Interconexión, Agencia Comercial-Contrato de Distribución e Intermediación. Esta obra se constituye en una herramienta de consulta para quienes desean conocer los principales laudos en el sector de telecomunicaciones, la jurisprudencia arbitral, en materias también relacionadas con los contratos estatales y los contratos comerciales y los contratos propios de la prestación de servicios de telecomunicaciones.
