    Abstract

    En Colombia, por obra de nuestros grandes maestros, entre los cuales se destaca con significativa importancia Alfonso Reyes Echandía, se viene hablando desde hace más de cincuenta años de la dogmática del Derecho Penal; igual sucede desde los años noventa del siglo pasado con la dogmática del Derecho Disciplinario. Este estudio se acomete en este trabajo, dando cuenta de su génesis, desarrollo en sus etapas de la juriusprudencia de conceptos, jurisprudencia de intereses y jurisprudencia de valores, así como el planteamiento de las discusiones actuales sobre el tema.
