Conciliación extrajudicial en asuntos contencioso administrativos. Legislación

Abstract

En la presente publicación se compilan, para su fácil consulta, las normas que regulan la conciliación extrajudicial como mecanismos alternativo de solución de conflictos y requisito de procedibilidad en asuntos contencioso administrativo, incluyendo las disposiciones contenidas en el nuevo Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo. Esta publicación, cuya necesidad y pertinencia fueron advertidas a lo largo de los tres seminarios que sobre la materia organizó el Departamento de Derecho Administrativo de esta Universidad, complementa la normatividad aludida con los principales pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional y, adicionalmente, se han incorporado las circulares emanadas de los órganos de control, así como las directivas presidenciales relacionadas con ese novedoso e importante asunto.
