Abstract

Se maneja con maestría la función del lenguaje en el derecho, remontándose a su origen, noción y función, analizando sus elementos y llegando hasta la filosofía del lenguaje para permitir una metodología que posibilite la incursión completa en el estudio del derecho, con un buen manejo de conceptos filosóficos y sociológicos. Estudia la interpretación jurídica en la comprensión lingüística de la ley.
