La Constitución y los derechos

Abstract

Por primera vez publico en Colombia una serie de trabajos sobre la Constitución y los derechos. Algunos trabajos son más largos y otros más breves y todos enfocan los temas desde la perspectiva de la filosofía del derecho, aunque los referidos a la Constitución son comentarios a la Constitución española de 1978 y tienen la impronta personal de mi contribución como ponente al texto constitucional. Los referidos a los derechos, en parte también se refieren a los incluidos en la Constitución y otros a temas más teóricos. Están ordenados cronológicamente y abarcan etapas de mi pensamiento, que arrancan de 1980 y alcanzan a 2004.
