Abstract

El volumen que el lector tiene entre sus manos es una compilación de la traducción al castellano de los mejores artículos publicados en alemán y en inglés por el profesor Dr. Jan-R. Sieckmann sobre los temas a los que ha dedicado la mayor parte de su actividad de investigación. Sus reflexiones sobre la naturaleza de los principios como normas y sobre la ponderación son bien conocidas y valoradas por los especialistas en teoría del derecho y en teoría de los derechos fundamentales de Europa, como contribuciones de señalada altura a estos temas de meridiana complejidad.
