Abstract

Celebramos el tercer libro de la Cátedra de Investigación Científica (2007-2008), resultado de seminarios realizados en el Centro de Investigación en Política Criminal, CIPC. El objetivo general de esta actividad es consolidar el espacio de reflexión denominado Cátedra de Investigación Científica, iniciado en el año 2002, a través de conversatorios que convoquen a investigadores, estudiantes, organizaciones sociales y operadores jurídicos, para socializar los productos de investigación del cipc y de los expertos que trabajan en estas áreas. Quiero recalcar la importancia de este encuentro entre investigadores, profesores y estudiantes, que ha coadyuvado el proceso de investigación en política criminal y en diversas área socio-jurídicas. Este libro recoge los resultados de investigación de estudiantes e investigadoras del Centro, y de expertos invitados a eventos académicos. Son el producto de investigaciones emprendidas en relación con los ejes temáticos del Centro de Investigación en Política Criminal: Derechos de la Infancia y Adolescencia, Victimología y de Política Criminal.
