Abstract

En estas páginas se presenta un estudio de los paralelos entre los conceptos de algunos especialistas en la materia, en especial de Gimbernat. La autora destaca, entre otros conceptos, los criterios de organización social y su ordenación en el sistema, y propone relacionarlos con el derecho por motivos lógico-objetivos.
