Abstract

El Centro de Investigación en Filosofía y Derecho realizó durante los días 31 de mayo, 1.º y 2 de junio de 2006, el v Seminario Internacional sobre Filosofía y Derecho Contemporáneo: el funcionalismo penal en la sociedad moderna. En esa oportunidad contamos con la presencia del profesor alemán Günther Jakobs como conferencista invitado de honor, junto con algunos de sus más destacados discípulos: Miguel Polaino Navarrete y Miguel Polaino-Orts (España); María Eloísa Quintero y Guillermo Orce (Argentina); Alex van Weezel (Chile); José Antonio Caro John, Julio Mazuelos y Percy García Cavero (Perú), y otros profesores colombianos.
