Abstract

Gracias a la dian, los autores de la obra han tenido la oportunidad de estudiar y trabajar, uno de ellos en el régimen de tránsito aduanero nacional, participando en su momento en el Comité de Facilitación del Comercio y del Transporte de la Presidencia de la República, del cual se produjeron el Decreto 2295 de 1996 y su Resolución Reglamentaria 2450 de 1997, y el otro con el Ministerio de Transporte y la Comunidad Andina de Naciones, de manera concertada, en la formulación de los desarrollos normativos de transporte. Para realizar dicho trabajo hemos analizado normas nacionales e internacionales para estar acordes con la dinámica del comercio exterior.
