Abstract

Die Ölpreise an den Spotmärkten sind früher als erwartet wieder unter die 30-Dollar-Marke gesunken, zuletzt lagen sie im unteren Bereich des von der OPEC gesetzten Zielkorridors. Wird es der OPEC gelingen, durch Beschränkung der Fördermengen den Preis und die Einnahmen hoch zu halten?
