Abstract

Der Staat versucht durch die verschiedensten Maßnahmen einer aktiven Arbeitsmarktpolitik, die Arbeitslosen wieder in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Wie sind die Maßnahmen zu beurteilen? Ist die gegenwärtige Ausgestaltung der Transferzahlungen an Arbeitslose geeignet, den strukturellen Wandel adäquat zu begleiten? Wie könnte ein Reformvorschlag Jür mehr Beschäftigung und weniger Armut aussehen?
