Zielorientierte Steuerung von Leasinggesellschaften

Abstract

Durch den steigenden Wettbewerbsdruck und die sich ändernden Marktbedingungen müssen Leasinggesellschaften verstärkt ihr operatives und strategisches Verhalten verändern und die Unternehmenskommunikation verbessern. Die Balanced Scorecard wird in vielen Unternehmen der Leasingbranche als Controllinginstrument eingesetzt. Leasingspezifische Steuerungsprobleme müssen bei der Entwicklung beachtet werden. Die Entwicklung einer Balanced Scorecard für eine fiktive Leasinggesellschaft in diesem Artikel kommt zu dem Fazit, dass dieses Controllinginstrument zur zielorientierten Steuerung einer Leasinggesellschaft geeignet ist.
