Organizational Changes in the Bank of Baroda
AbstractThe case explores how Bank of Baroda has responded to the changes in the Indian banking sector. In the last five years, several strategic changes have been initiated in the bank by Chief Managing Director (CMD) that has significant impacts on the performance of the bank. The case provides interesting insights into the various forces that trigger changes in an organization, resistance to these changes and interventions adopted to manage the change.
