WIFO-Weißbuch: Mehr Beschäftigung durch Wachstum auf Basis von Innovation und Qualifikation

Abstract

Das WIFO-Weißbuch baut auf elf Strategieelementen auf, in denen eine Neuausrichtung der österreichischen Innovationsstrategie vom Technologienehmer zum Technologiegeber und eine radikale Umgestaltung des Aus- und Weiterbildungssystems an zentraler Stelle stehen. Die Strategieelemente übersetzen sich in acht zielorientierte Maßnahmenpakete. Die Umsetzung der Gesamtstrategie soll in drei Phasen erfolgen – beginnend mit der Kick-off-Periode 2007 bis 2009. Ab 2015 kann Wachstum dann nur noch auf technischen Fortschritt und Qualitätsverbesserungen aufbauen.
