Schleppende Erholung im Jahr 2003. Prognose für 2003 und 2004

Abstract

Die österreichische Wirtschaft wird sich 2003 nur schleppend erholen. Die Erwartungen der Unternehmer und Verbraucher hellen sich wegen der hohen Risken auf den Aktien-, Immobilien- und Energiemärkten nur langsam auf. Das Wirtschaftswachstum dürfte 2003 1¾% betragen – nach etwas weniger als 1% im Jahr 2002. Aufgrund der gedämpften Expansion, die unter dem mittelfristigen Trend bleibt, werden 2003 weder Arbeitslosigkeit noch Budgetdefizit zurückgehen.
