Konjunkturabschwächung in Europa beeinträchtigt Investitionsbereitschaft der Unternehmen. Ergebnisse des WIFO-Investitionstests vom Frühjahr 2001

Abstract

Aufgrund der markanten Wachstumsabschwächung erwartet das WIFO 2001 ein deutlich geringeres Investitionsvolumen als 2000. Für die im WIFO-Investitionstest erfassten Wirtschaftsbereiche ergibt die jüngste Hochschätzung der Investitionspläne für 2001 einen leichten Rückgang um 0,8% gegenüber 2001. Insbesondere die Sachgütererzeuger haben ihre Pläne gegenüber dem Herbst 2000 gekürzt (nominell +2,5% gegenüber 2000). Einschließlich der in der Umfrage nicht erfassten Bereiche (wie Dienstleistungen, öffentlicher Sektor) werden die Bruttoanlageinvestitionen 2001 nach der jüngsten WIFO-Prognose real um 1,3% zunehmen (2000 +3,4%).
