1996 schwaches Jahr für die Agrarwirtschaft. Entwicklung der Land- und Forstwirtschaft 1996 in den Bundesländern

Abstract

1996 war ein schwaches Jahr für die Land- und Forstwirtschaft. Der Rohertrag war leicht rückläufig, die aus der Agrarproduktion erzielten Einkommen blieben insgesamt um rund ein Zehntel unter dem Vorjahreswert. Regional wurde die Entwicklung in hohem Maße durch Standorteinflüsse geprägt. In Wien, der Steiermark und Niederösterreich konnte die Landwirtschaft den agrarischen Rohertrag entgegen der allgemeinen Tendenz ausweiten; in den anderen Bundesländern erlitt sie Einbußen zwischen 3% und 6%.
